SRD CENTRAL Gifts - Anti Fraud Policy

The aim of this anti-fraud policy statement is to establish ground rules which clarify that fraud (Online Shoplifting) will not be tolerated and spell out the consequences of fraud.

Introduction

SRD Central Gifts will take firm and vigorous action against any individual or group perpetrating online fraud against said Authority.

Rigorous investigate instances of alleged fraud and pursue perpetrators to seek restitution of any asset fraudulently obtained together with the recovery of costs. Meaning the individual or group will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law and will have to pay all court cost and restitution dealing with said instance.

Assist the police and all other appropriate authorities in the investigation and prosecution of those suspected of fraud.

The use of this site is governed by the policies, terms and conditions set forth below. Please read them carefully. Your use of this site indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. Your placement of an order indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. Your submittal of any purchase order to SRDCentralGifts.net indicates acceptance of these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions shall supersede any subsequent terms or conditions included with any purchase order, whether or not such terms or conditions are signed by SRDCENTRALGIFTS.net we also  reserves the right to make changes to this site and these terms and conditions at any time.

 

Order Acceptance Policy
 SRD Central Gifts reserve the right to cancel or limit the order quantity on any (1) item, without prior notification. SRD Central Gifts reserves the right to refuse to do business with any individual or business, without prior notification. Also, SRD Central Gifts reserves the right to cancel any order for any reason at anytime after an order is placed.

Typographical Errors
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error, SRD Central Gifts shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. SRD Central Gifts  shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled,  SRD Central Gifts shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price. 

Delivery Issues
SRD Central Gifts cannot be responsible for shipments after they've left our warehouse. If you require a signature release for a package, please email srdcentralgifts@yahoo.com before your order ships, so we can inform the carrier. Under no circumstances can we be responsible for packages that are misplaced after delivery, or for packages that are left if "signature required" is not requested for delivery. However, you may be able to seek restitution from the carrier.

SRD Central Gifts Return Policy

Overstock and defective returns are authorized on a case-by-case basis. We are  unable to authorize any returns on hardware, H & R Block Tax software, Disney Interactive software, all console games and accessories. Please contact customer service to request your return. When a return as been authorized, you will be issued an RA number.   Merchandise must be in the unused condition only.  The customer will also be responsible for the return shipping cost . Consequently, a store credit will be issued less 20% restocking fee of the value of the merchandise and less shipping and handling fees both ways. All shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
