Terms of Sale

1. We accept the following methods of payment: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover

2. We prefer payment by: Paypal

3. All prices are listed in US Dollars, unless otherwise indicated.

4. All applicable state, local, federal and international taxes and fees apply and will be clearly displayed during checkout.

5. Orders are not binding until payment has been accepted and verified.

6. Shipping and handling charges apply to all orders, unless otherwise specified.

7. We ship items Monday - Thursday & Saturdays within 2-5 days.

8. We do not ship on major US holidays.

9. All delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

10. Shipping is not refundable and you will bear the cost of return shipping.

11. Items must be returned in the condition in which they arrived and in their original packaging.

12. A 25.00 restocking fee applies to all returns.

13. Before returning, you must first obtain a return authorization within 7 days of delivery. You can request one by contacting us at srdcentralgifts@yahoo.com

14. Products shipped new may be covered by the manufacturer's warranty.

15. If items fail to perform as warranted, please contact the manufacturer.

16. We do not guarantee any product's fitness for intended use.

17. Cancellation Policy: All orders are shipped immediately or within 48 hours. Once an order has been placed, no changes or cancellations can be made unless the item has been placed on back order. No call backs to the shipping company will be made.

18. Due to insurance reason, the Shipping Department is only authorize to ship to confirmed billing address

19. Personalized items are non-returnable

Liability Claims

All merchandise becomes the customer's property upon delivery to the carrier.  Please take up claims with the carrier within 7 days and retain original packaging for inspection by carrier.
